By using PipelineOps services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

PipelineOps provides lead pipeline implementation and optimization for med spa practices, including CRM configuration, follow-up automation, and reporting.

Billing

Pilot setup is a one-time fee. Monthly plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled any time before the next billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.

No Guaranteed Results

PipelineOps builds and optimizes lead pipelines. We do not guarantee specific lead volumes, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing timely access to accounts, approving marketing content, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
